Come experience restorative yoga poses in a peaceful setting that will be practiced at a slow pace focusing on long holds and deep breathing. The goal will be to attain an enhanced level of  physical, mental and emotional relaxation.  Please bring a blanket and comfortable clothing.  Mats, blocks and bolsters will be made available.
