New! A 50 minute Barre workout.  
As with Barrefit.yoga this class will hit every muscle group lengthening the muscles while increasing strength, flexibility and range of movement.  
Whether or not you have tried barrefit.yoga, you'll find that this Barre class gives extended time to the traditional Barre exercises and is designed to increase progression of movement while challenging you a bit longer!  
As always, modifications will be offered to result in a class suitable to increased levels of fitness. Opportunity to cool down and restretch is incorporated into the workout leaving you feeling fully recovered and still energized.
