Are you getting in enough cardio, but are looking to add some strength training to your routine? Do you want to learn the proper way to lift weights safely using best form? Then this class is for you! This full-body strength class will incorporate weight lifting, balance and functional movements to get you feeling stronger. Strength building can improve posture, reduce injuries and is a great supplement to help support all of your cardio work. Modifications will be provided as needed for all exercises. All levels of ability are welcome. 

****Please bring clean sneakers to wear in the circuit room.  We provide space to change and store your street shoes.****
